
Nick Bulleid MW, wears many hats. He is principally a winemaking consultant, advising winemakers on value, blending and quality control and also teaches sensory wine science as a Visiting Professor at Charles Sturt University. Nick became a Master of Wine in 1992 and writes for technical wine industry journals and for consumers. He has judged at most major Australian wine shows. Nick’s Pinot Noir, from his vineyard HATHERLEIGH in the chilly Southern Tablelands of NSW, was released in 2007.
