Randolph Cheung

Randolph Cheung is the proprietor and sommelier of Asiana restaurant, a previous winner of Australia's Wine List of the Year Award. Other awards won by Asiana in this competition include the 2002 award for Best New Restaurant Wine List of the Year and the 2004 National Award for Best Restaurant Wine List and the Victoria State Award. Asiana was awarded the 2005 Gourmet Traveller WINE List of the Year Award. Randolph's passion is wine – his favourite hobby when not working is to drink great Burgundy.

The winner of the Australia's Wine List of the Year Award will receive:
